Shipping
Your purchase will be delivered to your home via our White Glove Delivery Service, which includes shipment to your home, set-up in the room of your choice, and removal of all packing debris. If you would like your old mattress or foundation removed and disposed of, be sure to select this option when placing your order. You can expect your Autism Sleeps bed to be delivered within two to three weeks of order placement.  Delivery to remote areas may take longer.  A White Glove Delivery representative will contact you to schedule your delivery, which will occur during a pre-scheduled four-hour window during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm) .Your Sound to Sleep™ Controller amplifier will be shipped separately and will arrive before your foundation and/or mattress. Please retain the amplifier's original packaging during the 30-day trial period as it will be needed in the event of a return.

International Orders
All international orders require a separate shipping quote.  Please place your order and we will email you to confirm shipping charges before collecting payment.  Should you decide to return your products, the Return Shipping Fee outlined in our Return Policy below will be equal to the initial shipping charges. Our Sound to Sleep™ System is compatible with international electrical systems.
